Been playing a bit of Gigabash... it's actually fire, and now I'm really excited for Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters.
Strong recommend if you like dumb online fun, like a modern take on "Rampage" with slightly more thoughtful mechanics.

both hotd and trop have done irreparable damage to ppl who consume the shows and then read the books but trop is worse because ppl have convinced themselves that tolkien somehow really wanted galadriel and sauron to have a relationship and parallels when it's not like that at all

I saw “Supergirl” in IMAX. It wasn’t a “superhero movie” about saving the Earth through self-sacrifice as “justice” confronts “evil.” It was a coming-of-age story about saving oneself, Kara, as she struggles with her own trauma. Structurally, it feels less like “Mad Max: Fury Road” (2015), where everyone is driven purely by survival instinct beyond notions of good and evil, and more like The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966), where heroes, villains, and scoundrels all converge.

No Means Nothing is a truly important game for showing how male victims of sexual assault matter and how they should be taken seriously alongside female victims. I would also like to see stories that touch on men victims of women, I srs hate how that is seen as a "joke" by many..
