On May 18, during a 24/7 streaming marathon titled "Not Ending Until I Beat Minecraft," someone called in a fake emergency to the Queen Creek, Arizona police. 20 police cars. Five SWAT vehicles. Drones overhead. Armed officers breached her home, walked into her streaming room with guns drawn while viewers watched live. Her response the next day, sitting next to her grandson: "The prettiest police woman I've ever seen. Beautiful eyes. I think she could kick butt if she needed to." She described the SWAT raid on her house as "kinda fun." Then she took an ibuprofen and went to bed. Swatting has killed people. In 2017, a fake Call of Duty dispute sent police to the wrong address in Wichita, Kansas. Andrew Finch, a 28-year-old father of two, was shot dead on his front porch. The caller got 20 years. In 2025, the U.S. logged 8,900 documented swatting incidents. The practice has cost taxpayers over $1 billion in the last two years alone. Someone weaponized a SWAT team against an 81-year-old grandmother raising money for her grandson's cancer treatment. She responded by complimenting the officers' eyes and going to sleep.
