More careful with our words. More human with one another. Because you never truly know what someone is silently fighting. My thoughts are with everyone battling cancer, and every family walking through that pain beside someone they love. Peace!!

Sometimes we forget that constant criticism, online pressure, and cruel words can weigh heavily on people emotionally. Not every battle is visible. Not everyone speaks about what they’re carrying inside. So maybe this is a reminder to be gentler with people.

There’s a kind of grief that finds you even when the person wasn’t yours to grieve. When I heard about Alexx Ekubo, I went quiet for a moment. Because moments like this remind us that behind every headline is a real human being. 👇
