If you didn’t have healthy relationship models growing up, start by creating a healthy relationship with yourself. That starts with how you speak to you: when you’re anxious, speak kindly to yourself. When you make a mistake, tell yourself it’s ok and you’re proud of you for trying. When you’re tired and feeling irritable take a magnesium bath. Soothe your body. Treat yourself the way you want to be treated.

@dustychipura It helped me a lot in slowing down my thoughts before I had consistent stimulants.
Ultimately the anxiety and impact on executive dysfunction was not worth it. It would fog my ed for days after smoking, even lower THC strains.
Now I stick with CBD to calm down at night only
