We'll probably token the Ethereum DEX and C-Corp the Lightning Network one. Owners/investors in the C-Corp will get some access to team/investor tokens from the Ethereum DEX, so that should settle the revshare issues.

In addition to the Ethereum DEX, we are also working on a Lightning Network DEX that allows trading between Taproot Assets. I will post more updates about that as time goes by.
