CoD Zombies Standalone game was a rumor proven false.
Not surprised, this has only happened multiple times over the last decade.
Its funny because this could've done some serious good for Zombies as a whole but Activision would lose millions without yearly releases.

Patch Notes are now available for an update rolling out now:
• Doors are now open by default in Ranked Play modes.
• Health Regen in Ranked Play Hardpoint & Search and Destroy adjusted to align with CDL Competitive Setting.
• Enabled missing CDL settings for Search and Destroy, Hardpoint, and Overload in Private Matches.
• Doomsteel now tracks for Season 02 Weapons.
