Everything in life feels bleak now I stay awake at night thinking how cruel life can be sometimes. Nd with medication theres dozens of side effects so 24/7 thr truth stares at me saying soon my life's gonna end. So I try to emerge my self in art so I can run away from the reality

I feel like sharing a bit about myself here. So a year ago I out of no where got diagnosed with cancer. Took chemo, a major surgery nd dozens of scans nd now doctors just told me a month ago that its inoperable nd thus incurable. Also its metastasized meaning last stage:(

@77emeow Aw yes very true. Allowing yourself to be bad at things is also very hard. Glad as we are growing up we are starting to be more kind to ourselves:) everyone should do that cuz on the internet with so many eyes to see its bound to feel that you should not fail at anything

@rysorchidd i typically try until i get it right, but give up once i get bored of the piece. however, i used to abandon pieces when it wouldn’t work out when i was little. it’s hard to let yourself fail at something, but it’s an important learning experience every time
