@AZ_Brittney Both if of good quality and cooked properly. Bacon needs to be a bit chewy to enjoy the flavor. Really crisp bacon is okay but leftovers and put in a bag to be broken into pieces for a salad topping. Sausages of any type need to be cooked thoroughly, and I enjoy it too.
