Extremely disappointed with the experience at @aubankindia. Despite requesting cancellation of my credit card before renewal, the bank still charged me a full year’s annual fee and is refusing to reverse it unless I pay it — even though I don’t want to use the card anymore.

I paid the 1st yr joining fee, used the card responsibly & then clearly opted out before the new cycle began. Charging me without my consent and denying closure unless I pay the fee is unfair and unacceptable. #UnfairCharges #AUbank #CustomerRights #BankingOmbudsman #AUZenithCard
