Statement dated April 17, 2026 Studio On Saturn wishes to clarify our position regarding the series Wooju Bakery/Wuju Bakery(우주빵집). Our artist participated in the filming of the project in 2023 in the expectation that the relevant arrangements would be properly finalized through the usual process. However, no final written agreement was directly concluded with the artist in relation to the current release, distribution, or promotion of the series, and Studio has not given consent to the present release or promotional use of the series and related materials in the manner now being pursued. This is consistent with Studio’s long-standing position that materials containing the artist’s performance should always be subject to prior review and approval before any release or use. There was then a prolonged period during which Studio was provided with no clarity regarding the status of the project or its release plan. In that respect, Studio was in much the same position as the fans, having no clear idea what to expect, and was never given an opportunity to review the final cuts of the series. The artist also did not receive any payment for the project, and his team was not informed in advance of the present release and promotional activities. On 31 March 2026, Studio through its lawyer also made efforts to engage in discussions and negotiations in the hope that the matter could be resolved on a proper basis and with due regard to the artist’s fundamental legal rights. However, to date, no outcome or proposal has been reached that adequately addresses those key concerns. In light of these circumstances, Studio has taken legal steps in order to protect the artist’s rights and interests and to seek appropriate clarification through the proper legal process. Studio is not in a position to support the current release or promotion of the series under the present circumstances. The relevant issues are currently being addressed through the appropriate legal channels. Studio remains grateful for the continued support, understanding, and concern shown by the fans and the public. This statement is made solely to avoid confusion. As the matter is now being addressed through the appropriate process, Studio will not be commenting further at this time.

This is something i want Westies to read too. Thailand is different. Their sponsors are different. So think again and again when you choose to retaliate, engage in, criticize, or write those long ragebaiting posts. More than likely artists lack of work and brand endorsements are not the company not wanting to find them one but it's because of the behavioral of fans. This is why Thai fans don't go after everything and turn it into a big drama. It will be costly to their mains. So please learn to block and ignore, not only for our fandom peace but for our mains' work opportunities. If you are skeptical about this, just think about who has so much work right now and look at how their fandoms are.
