Startup idea: A service that bundles accountability, coaching, and therapy: Sample use cases: - Coaching / Therapy - I work with coach/therapist to define my priorities and it helps me make sure I’m picking the right ones that are aligned with my values - Coach does a 360 of my friends/colleagues to get feedback on what I should do more of/less of, etc - Coach watches some of my interactions and, using that + the 360 + my priorities, gives me feedback on how to strengthen relationships (friends, family, etc) + how I should allocate my time against my priorities. - Therapist works with me to identify patterns/loops that are holding me back + helps work through them. - Accountability - I give it my goals and it makes sure I prioritize my schedule so that I'm set up to achieve them. It follows up to ensure that I'm on track / taking the necessary steps or when possible even does takes those steps for me. One challenge with only working with someone an hour a week is that they might not have sufficient context to be helpful and also the bottleneck may not be on knowing what to do but rather having a system or support to ensure that you do it/it gets done. A personal trainer tells you what to do and makes sure that you do it. Imagine having that same combination for other areas of your life. Current solutions either tell you what to do without ensuring that it gets done (i.e. coaches/therapists) or they ensure it gets done without having the necessary knowledge to define what's worth doing in the first place (i.e. executive assistants).

@mattmireles +1 on the mental health support. What does that look like for you? Therapy session, relaxing day, time w/ support animal? Genuinely curious!

Serious question for founders: what types of gifts/perks (outside of funding lol) would make your lives easier? Ex: meal prep, coaching sessions, flight credits, etc. Trying to see something

So much self defeating startup hustle/grind content on the twitter machine today. If you are a startup founder, do yourself a solid and tune out this garbage. Focus on your goals and give yourself room for self-care. If you need help -> besttuesdayever.com

I used to hate when people sent me their calendly link. Now, it’s the first thing i ask for when i meet someone. Every time, every where. I can tell everything I need to know about someone with a simple glance at their calendar, including net worth. Weekends unavailable? you don’t hustle. Have more than one spot open for the next month? you don’t network. Meeting openings longer than 8 minutes? unable to concisely communicate. You are the median of the 6 people you spend the most time with on zoom calls. Surround yourself with people who send calendly links with 1 open spot maximum for the next month. That’s how you level up.

If we figure out how to objectively measure mental health - with the right bio marker - wouldn’t that radically change the course of humanity?
