@VirginMediaIE my father (88) made 8 calls to customer supp to resolve an issue with his mobile (network issue not phone) each time waiting over half an hour. Still no resolution! Competing with eir for worst customer service ?? #virginmedia #customercare #badservice

@Ryanair if you take out insurance when booking flight. Then need to cancel. I’m told u just ‘don’t show up’ & you provide a no show letter which I send to insurance. Surely it’s easier to have the option to resell the seats if I know I need to cancel? Confused

@adharadublin I was 7, (aprx 1979) I am deaf in my left ear, I didn’t hear teachers instructions. She called me out infront of class. Told them I was a dunce & put me on the dunces table at the back of the room. Where I could hear even less. She only retired from teaching recently.
