@sentrapilot Phone guy knows exactly what his wish was, he hears Nikki screaming, she tells him itโs not her and asks to be killed, stabs herself with a bottle, and he still does nothing. Itโs only when someone dies and he thinks he will face consequences that he tryโs to do anything.

No one who has seen this movie seems to understand that he did not realize the wish magic was actually real and broke the wish stick sarcastically

The most terrifying part of Obsession isnโt the obsessive girlfriend trope. Itโs Bear the โnice guyโ who feels so entitled to a woman he desires that heโs willing to strip away her autonomy just to have her.

The movie OBSESSION exposes how cowardly some men can be when it comes to handling rejection. Instead of being bold enough to ask a woman out, they choose another route that doesnโt involve them doing it directly If Bear had simply asked Nikki out, none of this would have happened.
