i think this is why i rlly like the show because i actively dislike having backstory scenes all the time and find the vagueness/aftermath and how it affects them of what happened more interesting. Pomnis pov of being an outsider and us also feeling that way is nice

something i wish people more understood about mysteries in a show/book/etc is that a viewer /should/ probably be able to guess what's about to happen before a secret is revealed. not immediately when the mystery is first presented of course but -

chappell, doechii, and meg are all great examples of how much fem people who intersect with marginalized identities (like race, sexuality, etc) will be hated for simply existing because a narrative gets pushed on them right from the start based solely on perceived gender
