@snailf1sh i think it was around $2 per pouch with tax? in my opinion its pretty filling, so id say its worth it 🤔🤔 peach is usually my favourite, but this particular brand tasted more artificial than my go-to which is sugarlolo 😓

i think it differs per person, but sometimes it can do you more good by consuming more energy in the first or second half of the day than the opposite maybe its just because im a morning person tho idk LOL

i feel like a lot of people dont know that the way you distribute your cals across your day matters a lot and can often prevent you from overeating your meals dont have to be completely equal. for me, if i dont have ~75% of my cals before 5pm, i usually binge
