@tumitravel I love your luggage and have bought several pieces through the years. Bought this in San Diego in 2019 before pandemic. 9 trips later it’s a mess. Really sad and surprised for a 700 dollar suitcase
@AmericanAir cancelled my segment and gave up my seat. Customer service manager Sage has no solutions for exec platinum customer. Told me to call customer relations. This is my call #norespect
@AmericanAir Still not here. Really disappointed with the service. Someone should call me if you still want my business. You shouldn’t treat your best customers this way IMO
