The Celtics offer is better than the Heats as long as the Bucks flip Jaylen Brown in a separate trade. That is how you extract the most in the Giannis trade. Keeping Jaylen makes all of it a failure.

Portland would be a happy facilitator in this scenario. It could also be expanded to include additional teams to further satisfy the Bucks.
