To be clear: At this stage, I think he should be extended. But I think a very short term deal is most appropriate/fair. 2 years. That’s enough time to evaluate McCarthy and Turner, look at how he handle the big pool of cap space and see how his 2023 class looks as well.

I suspect they’re only offering Kwesi a very short term deal and a limited pay bump because of concerns around his draft and trade track record. His performance to date has been a real mixed bag including some solid wins and some abject failures/disasters. I’m not overly confident in Kwesi at this juncture.
