Great discussion at the 2026 National Security Innovation Base Summit hosted by @ReaganInstitute on how drones are reshaping modern warfare. My key messages: 1) Low cost drones are important, as the only defense tech company with a full time presence in UKR, we have unique insight into how they can be used to produce maximum effect. 2) The force with air-superiority has massive cost-per-effect and sustainability advantages, even with today's industrial base. 3) A&D is America's most dominant hard goods industry - distantly leading the world - American policies and processes must support this crown-jewel industry at a time of technological disruption and market dislocation.   4) America is strong and on the right path. 🦅 🚀 Thanks to @demarest_colin for moderating and to Jim McConville, Oleg Rogynskyy, and Bob Simmons for the conversation.

Brave1 helped the American defense unicorn Shield AI establish a partnership with a Ukrainian company. While the world still discusses the potential role of AI in defense, here in Ukraine, it already changes the battlefield. Terminal guidance, autonomous navigation, target recognition — Brave1 has over 300 registered AI solutions, more than 70 operating on the front lines. This is why the American defense unicorn @shieldaitech, valued at over $5 bln, is already working with our team. Leveraging Brave1's expertise, Shield AI’s software solutions have been integrated with drones from a Ukrainian company. This collaboration will help create an autonomous loop—from identification to engagement—where reconnaissance and strike drones operate as a single organism. As part of the US Investment Roadshow, we visited our partners and discussed the further development of a partnership aimed at strengthening both Ukraine and the United States.
