@UPS This company are a joke. They give you a delivery date and a time and don't show. I have wasted two days (Thurs, Fri) waiting to sign for a high value item. Then spent 20 minutes in a phone queue,to be told they don't deliver at the weekend. ANNOYED

15 HR journey home on Saturday thanks to Jet2. All other flight's were landing and taking off in light snow at Innsbruck except Jet 2 who were apparently incapable#jet2

DVLA service is unacceptable, my vehicle registration application is into week 7. If this was a private company they would have gone bust a long time ago. Stop hiding behind covid and get off your backsides.

@AskSmythsToys I purchased A JCB Dumper, item 103130. Only one of the rear wheels turns when peddled. This part was pre-assembled. I have the receipt but not the original packaging. Please advise Regards Steve

@SmythsToysUK I purchased a JCB Dumper, item 103138, I have noticed that the pedals only drive one of the rear wheels. This part of the dumper was pre-assembled. I no longer have the box, can I exchange this instore. I have the receipt.
