Shutting down the mail server briefly to replace a failing hard drive.

Our mail server was down for about 35 minutes this afternoon due to a networking issue at the facility where the server is hosted. All back and working now.

All mail services fully operational.

Incoming mail from few days is overloading server. Pausing mail services briefly to allow incoming queue to drain.

Off-hours now. Mail services paused to give the disk array rebuild time to sync.

The array rebuild was just killing mail, so we have cancelled it for now. Mail is flowing again. We'll retry at an off hour. Thanks for hanging in there with us!

The mail server is a LOT slower than it should be today, while rebuilding the disk array. We're doing everything we can to get it back to normal. Sorry for the pain.

We replaced that failing disk, and the mail server is back online. It will be a little slower than normal while the drive array repairs itself.

Mail server went right back offline, so it's getting a new storage disk. Email Data should be 100% safe.

The mail server was slow this morning, and the down altogether between 9:15 and 10:00 due to a disk problem. Resolved now.

Looks like some Charter/Spectrum customers in the Tahoe area are having trouble connecting to one of our web servers today. We are looking into the issue.

Well they came back up one by one, but they all seem to be working now!

SWD's web servers were offline for 23 minutes this morning due to a networking problem at our data center. Everything is back up an running like it should now.
