@smittyxi Can I ask how you use the ID Map? If I understand how you use it, it could help me plan the best way to add this other option.

@smittyxi I'm trying to think of the best way to do this. My rough idea right now is to add ohtansh01h, for the hitter only Ohtani. Then leave all the other IDs blank except for the Yahoo one. Thoughts?

@smartfantasybb the PLAYERIDMAPCSV has separate entries for Ohtani (ohtansh01, ohtansh01p) both with the same YAHOOID 10835. However, the yahoo API returns player_id of 1000001 and 1000002 respectively. Can those be added?

@andrewjgargano @jeffwzimmerman I pull out the $7 and go with the $253. If you don’t, you’re going to find your values way too low on the top end players. I also think it makes theoretical sense to pull out the $7 because those stats are not directly contributing to your totals. They’re more like insurance.

@jeffwzimmerman @smartfantasybb The Process is amazing, thanks. Question: in leagues where bench slots also need to be bought at auction, do you include them in your player pool? For example: 12tm, 10 hitters, 8 pitchers, 7 bench. Is my pool 120 H + 96 P with $253 per team?

@smartfantasybb I might be missing something, but for the Player ID Map, it appears the NFBC name should be "Victor Scott II" instead of just "Victor Scott". Happy draft season!

@DiogoSantosHQ The pitching categories is can accommodate are W, K, SV, ERA, WHIP, HLD, SV + HLD, K/9, IP, and QS.

@DiogoSantosHQ Sorry, just seeing this. Unfortunately, I don't think the SGP tool will work for this. It does accomodate nine offensive and 10 pitching, but they're fixed. You can't just pick any category and have it work. The categories it does have are R, HR, RBI, SB, SO, AVG, OBP, SLG, OPS.

@dlight68 To use the projections at Fangraphs, yes. I think Razzball has free season long projections. Fantasy pros may, too.

@smartfantasybb I just watched your youtube clip with CBS, do I need to have fangraphs account to download the stats you since I will need player id, which I think you can only access with an account?

Then it will calculate the averages from only the systems that provide a SVs projection. I will work on a more transparent way to handle this, but this is an effective workaround.

The aggregator includes a projection system in the averaging if the category exists in the data. The problem here is there are actually zeros in THE BAT download! Things will calculate as you're expecting if you delete the SV column or just relabel it "SVX"...

@CubbyNole I don't do it on a set schedule. If you're able to update the Player ID Map it can keep things pretty current. But I'll update things for errors or new players that enter the top ~750 or so of ADP. I can check that in the next several days. Do you see any issues that need fixing?
