تفسیر سیریز: پوسٹ نمبر 102 عنوان: اللہ اور اس کے رسولؐ سے جنگ: سود خوروں کو آخری وارننگ آیات: سورہ بقرہ (277-279) مختصر پس منظر: سود کی بربادی اور صدقے کی برکت بیان کرنے کے بعد، اب اللہ تعالیٰ اہل ایمان کو مخاطب کر کے حکم دے رہا ہے کہ اگر وہ اپنے دعوے میں سچے ہیں تو انہیں فوری طور پر سودی معاملات ختم کرنے ہوں گے۔ یہاں نرمی کے بجائے ایک حتمی قانونی اور روحانی فیصلہ سنایا گیا ہے۔ قرآن کا گہرا تجزیہ (Deep Analysis): 1. مثبت متبادل: ایمان اور زکوٰۃ (The Positive Alternative):آیت 277 میں فرمایا: "یقیناً جو لوگ ایمان لائے، نیک عمل کیے، نماز قائم کی اور زکوٰۃ دی، ان کا اجر ان کے رب کے پاس ہے۔" نکتہ: اللہ سود مٹانے کا حکم دینے سے پہلے وہ نظام یاد دلا رہا ہے جو "جنگ" کے بجائے "محبت" پر مبنی ہے۔ زکوٰۃ اور نماز وہ ستون ہیں جو انسان کے دل سے مال کی وہ ہوس نکال دیتے ہیں جو اسے سود خوری پر اکساتی ہے۔ 2. تقویٰ کا تقاضا (The Requirement of Taqwa):ارشاد ہے: "اے ایمان والو! اللہ سے ڈرو اور جو کچھ سود باقی رہ گیا ہے اسے چھوڑ دو، اگر تم واقعی مومن ہو۔" (آیت 278) نفسیاتی پہلو: یہاں اللہ نے سود چھوڑنے کو "ایمان" کی شرط قرار دیا ہے۔ یعنی یہ ممکن ہی نہیں کہ انسان کے دل میں اللہ کا ڈر ہو اور وہ پھر بھی دوسروں کی مجبوری سے نفع کمائے۔ سچا مومن وہ ہے جو اللہ کے حکم پر اپنے مالی مفاد کو قربان کر دے۔ 3. کائنات کا سب سے بڑا ڈراوا (The Declaration of War):آیت 279 میں وہ ہولناک اعلان ہے: "پھر اگر تم ایسا نہ کرو گے (سود نہ چھوڑو گے)، تو اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی طرف سے اعلانِ جنگ سن لو۔" حقیقت: پورے قرآن میں قتل، زنا یا کسی اور کبیرہ گناہ پر "اللہ سے جنگ" کی وعید نہیں آئی۔ سود خور دراصل اللہ کے قائم کردہ معاشی عدل کے نظام کو چیلنج کرتا ہے، اس لیے وہ اللہ کا "باغی" قرار پاتا ہے۔ جو اللہ سے جنگ کرے، وہ کبھی فلاح نہیں پا سکتا۔ 4. عدلِ اسلامی: اصل مال کی واپسی (Justice in Principal): "اور اگر تم توبہ کر لو، تو تم اپنے اصل مال (Principal) کے حقدار ہو، نہ تم ظلم کرو اور نہ تم پر ظلم کیا جائے۔" عملی نکتہ: اسلام انتہا پسندی کا دین نہیں ہے۔ اللہ یہ نہیں کہتا کہ تمہارا اپنا سرمایہ بھی ضبط ہو جائے گا، بلکہ حکم ہے کہ صرف "زیادتی" (سود) چھوڑ دو اور اپنا اصل مال لے لو۔ یہی وہ توازن ہے جہاں نہ لینے والے پر ظلم ہوتا ہے اور نہ دینے والے پر۔ حاصلِ کلام (Takeaway): سود محض ایک معاشی مسئلہ نہیں، بلکہ اللہ کی حاکمیت کے خلاف بغاوت ہے۔ اللہ اور رسولؐ سے جنگ مول لے کر کوئی سرمایہ دار کامیاب نہیں ہو سکتا۔ حقیقی شعور (Shu'oor) یہ ہے کہ ہم اپنے رزق کو سود کی آلودگی سے پاک کریں، تاکہ ہم اللہ کے غضب کے بجائے اس کی رحمت کے سائے میں آ سکیں۔ اگلی پوسٹ (103): آیت 280-281: "مقروض کے ساتھ نرمی" — اگر مقروض تنگ دست ہو تو اسلام کیا حکم دیتا ہے؟ اور وہ دن جب ہر جان کو اس کی کمائی کا پورا بدلہ دیا جائے گا
