Tonight I will be hosting the first session of my class ‘Mastering Technical Analysis: Unveiling the Secrets of the Charts’ starting around 11/11:30pm est If you would like a spot and you truly care about expanding your skills to a serious degree then please reach out and I will make sure you are in the call prior to the start. If you just are curious and would like to expand your learning but do not want to be held accountable for homework / being called on randomly then please do not waste my willingness to teach and simply just watch the live stream or review the session videos after I post them and ask any questions from there. The first session begins with the absolute basics: We’ll discuss trends, time frames, liquidity, and very simple TA. Session one is important to build a strong foundation and further show my expectations for you all in the future sessions. I’ll also discuss a list of terms that everyone must know in order to move on to the next session. I like to start with the basics as it all flows into the next sessions and if you’re not 100% confident with the basics then moving onto slightly more advanced material will only have you lost. It is also important for me as a teacher so I can gauge where everyone is at so I can break you all into groups for the future to get a much more hands on experience for some who have already mastered candles, how they move, structure and more. Will be very fun. All in all, even if you have never even attempted to learn technical analysis a day in your life, this class begins with literally the MOST BASIC material there is and I dummy it down to the absolute max, so you will be JUST FINE :) I encourage you to ask as many questions as you can and take part in answering questions even if you are not sure of the answer. I really f**cked up last year For 12 months I focused solely on trading NFTs and got nowhere As my portfolio continued to decline, I nearly lost hope in web3 You've probably felt this way too So what made me stay? Another f**cking NFT project of all things By this time last year I was clinging onto every dollar that I had left FTX was the final nail in my coffin though My portfolio hit $0. I was ready to quit At the start of December, I got a call in @champsonlypass from @champtgram himself on DeGods It all sounded great • s3 art upgrade at some point • Rumors of bridging to eth • Possible female artwork • 5.5k floorprice, was over 20k before solana crashed But was I really willing to risk what little capital I had left? No, not really 2 days later I saw a new podcast Champ and @kmoney, featuring @frankdegods and @LucaNetz. The hour that changed everything Hearing Frank talk about his project, I had a good gut feeling about it So I started my research into DeGods and y00ts My conviction was there, but my confidence was not I’d have to risk 375sol ($8,000 AUD), the largest single investment I’d make to date It was daunting I spoke to my mum for hours about how lost, disheartened, and confused I felt. I’ll never forget what she said to me: “You’ll always have chances to make more money in the future. But will you be able to live with yourself if this project is ‘the one’, and you passed on it?” So I gave myself 1 last chance If my DeGods investment failed, I was done. I would quit web3 and return to the dreaded 9-5 life As the floor price increased over the following months, so did my confidence once again Soon after I bought my DeGod I picked up my first y00t. Then my second. Third. Fourth. Fifth. My investment slowly made its way up to $60,000 But DeGods and y00ts became more than just investments They became my scaffolding, providing me with a sense of security as I began building myself back up y00ts finally gave me the push I needed to explore my long-time passion of writing Because of this, I won’t sell out of the DeLabs ecosystem So, from my journey, know this: →Sometimes the riskiest steps lead to the most transformative paths →Having a community to fall back on is vital →Keep your mind open to all possibilities as you never know which path will lead to your purpose →When an opportunity presents itself, take it →Trust your gut If it is something you truly want, you will find reasons to push through the struggles I was ready to give up 9 months ago, and because of those tips I am now thriving. Cold showers and mental toughness: TLDR I really didn’t want to take a cold shower today, even though I knew I should. I thought about giving myself a break on my day off of work today The voice in my head was creating excuses on why I shouldn’t take a cold shower.
