@strwbrrylaced The scale goes up after eating and drinking but you start to understand how much it needs to go up by for you to still lose weight the next day lmao. But you def do get obsessive about numbers and small changes

a lot of you guys weigh yourselves on a daily and multiples times in a day. like i can't be that #BRAVE i'd crash out fr. can't wait to get to my dream weight and body where i don't get scared of the weighing scale anymore 🤞😔
