Empathy can become reading people just to avoid rejection… and then comes hyper independence, a defense mechanism.

I highly recommend reading “Healing Isn’t Pretty” by Mira Hartson. Your anger and sadness are valid responses to the big and small betrayals you’ve faced throughout your life. It’s time to heal.

If you stay 100% technical, you will quickly see that news does not matter 95% of the time.

I don’t think we’re just tired. I think our minds never get a moment of peace. Even when we try to rest, we’re still thinking, and that’s what’s exhausting. It feels like we’re all just trying to survive our own minds, pretending we’re okay because we have to be.

I don’t think we can just wake up one day and suddenly feel ready It’s a choice we have to make, and a trust we have to place in the people we care about Sometimes, while we’re waitin to feel “ready” and trying to figure things out, the very person we care about is already gone

We’re afraid to try because we believe we’re only supposed to win, but growth doesn’t come from winning every time, it comes from trying, failing, and learning along the way.

When you keep pouring into people every time, it becomes exhausting. You give your energy, time, and care, but when it’s not returned, it slowly drains you. At some point, you have to remember you deserve the same effort you give.

This era is called RECIPROCATION. I can’t give you what you’re not giving me.
