@Sonos I have a One SL that will absolutely not stay connected to my WiFi network & has incredibly unreliable performance, even after being factory reset multiple times. Can we do that diagnostic thing again to see if it has some sort of problem we can fix? 🙏

@korstraw @AppleSupport Hey, we aren't aware of any changes that Continuous Audio Connection should make to what the audio is translated to. We'd recommend reaching out to Apple first.

@Sonos after the latest app update, my system has become unreliable. Constantly loses connection to speakers. Will play music then stop after 30 seconds, etc. I already lived through the major app issues about a year ago… please don’t do this again to me.

Hey @sonos - I’m struggling to stay a fan. I have a Netgear nighthawk I have emasculated per your recommendation. I just connected my Sonos Eras to the 2.4 network. Successful. Then immediately being told it’s successful it is not. Your networking software is appallingly bad.

I’m about to toss my many speaker @Sonos system in the trash. It regularly loses connection, speakers go missing in the app, and it takes forever to play at times. It all used to all work and now it stinks.

@Sonos more than anything I just want the ability within the Sonos app to add all Apple Music songs and shuffle randomly. It’s crazy to think I need to add all 3,800 to a playlist for that to work.

Amazing. One of the things people complained about with the updated @sonos app was not being able to edit alarms. Two years on: still can't edit alarms. You can change stuff, but it isn't saved. Just astonishing.
