Second brownout of Spring Releases from repo.spring.io is getting underway. Spring Releases will not be available from the repository, virtual repositories will not resolve snapshots and milestones anonymously.

First brownout of Spring Releases from repo.spring.io will be tomorrow morning at 8am Pacific and last 4 hours in duration. All Spring releases are in Maven Central.
