I am listening to the Navajo Nation Council fall session. Earlier today, tribal President Buu Nygren informed delegates that he will miss the meeting. In an uncommon move, delegates approved tribal Vice President Richelle Montoya to give the state of the nation address.

Group has arrived at the Cameron Chapter house. During the walk, some motorists honked horns and some residents captured photos from their road turnoffs. Navajo blessing songs were sung by one of the walkers.
