Clara and Brandon’s relationship.. they knew they were using each other. Danika and Vaughn’s relationship… you are not ready for my opinion so I’ll just say that Danika hurt Vaughn while Vaughn gave her everything except his heart. (his time, planned to marry her, money, care,.)

I think we REALLY need to stop comparing Rina Kent’s Mm books/characters. Everyone has different tastes and favorites, so why hate on another couple when it might be someone else’s favorite? My opinion is in the photos because it’s a bit long 💗.

@solacetan To be super fair, Rina does set up her MCs to be compared to each other. She repeatedly referred to Yulian as Niko 2.0 and guess what, Yulian was so Niko coded just more sarcastic. Idk

@col_ckk As a point of note, just download any one of gay dating apps or hookup apps. Profile questions start off with Top, Bottom, Verse Top, Verse Bottom, Side questions to measure compatibility because it’s a thing. And nobody strict or verse should be seen as less than for that

@stdelicate + or a top because of their vibes, when in reality, enjoying being on the bottom or top has nothing to do with appearance or personality.

I hope Rina writes more versatile couples like Vaughn and Yulian. The scenes are the best I've ever read, and besides, a MM couple is more likely to try being top and bottom than having strict roles from the start. Plus, spicy scenes can be so different!

@col_ckk But Book 3 in that series. Wait no, actually that was Book of that series. Caught Stealing is actually strict roles. I liked that diversity. You’ll find that IRL in gay relationships this diversity exists, so that representation matters without shaming anyone. (2/2)

@col_ckk I enjoy it plenty, I low key high key don’t like the assumption that if strict roles are preferred with other couples it must mean one doesn’t enjoy vers ones it’s not true at all. If I’m not mistaken I’m pretty sure I saw you rec Iced Out. They were verse there but book 3 (1/2)

While we wait for Hunt the Villain, I'm going to recommend one of my favorite MM books: Iced Out by Ce Ricci (enemies to lovers, Hockey teammates) - I loved it!!!! Whit by Cora Rose (grumpy x sunshine, the sunshine is so cute and big😭😭 I always reread this book)

@draketrust @col_ckk It has been possible actually. I got both copies of GOF and KTV at least three days before release dates. I got them by consistently following links from Reddit actually. People are asking for a reason.

I attended a bridal shower in 2023. The bride and I weren't that close anymore, but somehow, she added I and 20 others to her bridal train. So I attended for the fun of it. We were all in a WhatsApp group. We made plans, paid, and got ready for the big day. 21 bridal ladies didn't sound right to me, plus her sister-in-law was one of us. I knew there would be drama, but I didn't know how it'd erupt. On the day night of the bridal shower, everything was set, decoration, cakes and food, very classy setting. It was time for each of us to talk about the bride and probably advise her. We were all seated round the table. About 16 of us had talked, including myself, and it was the turn of one girl. She stood up and started talking about the good times they had, and then she mentioned the threesome she and the bride once had with an ijgb years back and how she wish to experience it again, had it been she wasn't getting married. Her sister in law was right there. She heard everything, got up, and left the room. Everywhere was quiet. The bride placed her hands on her face. No one could utter a word. Everyone left the table one after the other. We all went to our rooms, and the following morning, her sister came to knock on the door that we should not bother to get dressed because the wedding had been cancelled. It was a very crazy experience.
