Question: when will the media move to unseal Fulton County’s Rule 41 motion for return of seized property so that the public is able to review the claimed legal basis underlying it? So far, all the media is reporting is what partisan FC commissioners are saying about it.

@SteveO2385 This will be my last reply. The magistrate who issued the warrant was appointed by the district court judges in the northern District of Georgia in 2015. Which means she would have taken her appointment when Obama was the president. That should tell you something.

My personal opinion on Fulton County search: When a federal search warrant was directed at POTUS, the political opposition said respect the process. Now, the same opposition says you can't trust the process. Is this partisan politics at its worst?

@SteveO2385 No. You should trust a US Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of GA who found probable cause to issue a federal search warrant. That’s the process.

@stevesadow You mean we should trust the guy who lost 60 court cases and has been lying about there being crimes in this election as he orders his government to go find crimes everyone knows aren’t there?
