Look out for these scammers cashing in because Travel Lodge don't respond

Has anyone got any tips on how to cope with @TravelodgeUK when they are refusing to help or rectify their errors? Any telephone numbers? Their call centre is very hostile...need help for family friends who are being fleeced. Cheers X

@TravelodgeUK A warning to everyone . There are fraudsters operating out of Kenya spoffing the Travelodge customer service X account offered money back and compensation but then tried to take £25000. Luckily I cottoned on. Be aware!

@TravelodgeUK I just got scammed out of $598!! Representatives posing as Travelodge customer service. Bank refusing to refund. Scammers are using the LemFi money transfer app! They are using the same logos as Travelodge! I will never, ever deal with Travelodge again!
