@virginmedia I am extremely angered that I have been miss sold a product by one of your colleagues and that this won’t be honoured. The only reason I agreed to the package was the guarantee that I would get certain hardware.

@d4_veh @virginmedia I have not received a hub @virginmedia said I couldn’t have a new one even thought they said I could if I renewed my package. Was then told to use the VM connect app. Current Hubs not compatible

@stuart_mcghee @virginmedia What hub did you get, I'm having problems with mine and they are saying they won't upgrade it ", strange as the engineer who came told me my hub is maxed out on connections so causes problems.

@virginmedia They did not mention which type of hub. But I am pretty sure the one I have is no longer made. I would be happy with a replacement but that was not offered when I called to enquire about my new equipment.

@virginmedia A new Wi-Fi hub and Wi-Fi pod as part of an M350 package. I explained the hardware I had was very old and the customer service representative said I could have a new one along with a Wi-Fi pod if I was to take the package.

@virginmedia This was not specified. Why would I be offered this if it is not compatible. This seems to have been used a a lure to get me to agree to the package.

WIFI pods can be ordered via the connect app they are free if you are on 1GB or a volt customer virg.in/connectapp The only reasons you would get a new hub if you was going to 1GB, this is because the new hub is only compactable with 1GB any other speeds it wouldn't work. If the hub was faulty it would be replaced for a like to like, which hub was you promised?

@virginmedia A broadband package. I was told I would get a new Wi-Fi hub and Wi-Fi booster if I renewed my contract with @virginmedia only now to be told I cannot have these things. After several calls I have now been offered the Wi-Fi booster but no hub. This is the only reason I renewed.

Understandably parents see academy football as the pinnacle, but as a gk , sometimes it's not the best route, usually only get half a game per week , and adding pressure to an already high pressure position sometimes doesn't aid progress for young gks 🥅🥅
