okay I actually don’t think the brain zaps r from going cold turkey from my lexapro bc my buspirone Used to give me the brain zaps but it stopped when I started the lexapro ,,,, is there any science behind that or

@thintechgodhead very true!! if it’s not too hot out later I might walk to 7/11 bc large sodas are only 50¢ rn and getting it with a lot of ice helps my intake too

@thintechgodhead I’ve only tried magnesium glycinate pills from costco bc they were cheap lol, it helped my anxiety at the super high dose but that side effect was horrible 😭

@sekitsuii I stopped counting bc of lack of motivation bc I was so depressed but it’s actually been rlly good for harm reduction like not fixating on the numbers and just keeping my intake low and my activity high has been sm better

i love not counting cals it makes eating so much more enjoyable and as long as i get tons of steps i can confidently estimate that im in a deficit while not obsessing over specific numbers this is great

words can not express how frustrating I find this ongoing rhetoric on edtwt. it is not anyone’s fucking business to decide whether someone has an ‘eating disorder’ or ‘disordered eating’. what is the point of it other than invalidating others? put your superiority complex away.

@thintechgodhead yeah 😭 like I’ve Gone but it’s either been barely anything or I had two months where it was pure water like 10 times a day bc I was taking too much magnesium for my anxiety 😭😭 plus my intake has been low which doesn’t help

idk I’m just so glad I got this job when I did like I work with such kind and supportive ppl and even our store manager is amazing (she has adhd and her partner is disabled so she rlly gets it) and like ,, idk I’m just rlly grateful for it all ig

also when I had a little meeting with the managers I told (they’re the two I’m the closest to) I was like “I know I don’t legally have to disclose anything but I want to and I know it’ll only help me” and they gave me such great advice abt legally protecting myself

also told some of my coworkers I’m close to and they were so fucking supportive I kept almost crying GDHDGSJS
