I guess we'll what the situation is like in 6 months, but I doubt it'll be much different regarding the top 10.
People have speculated it's CEX coins in those huge wallets.

Hey, #LUNCcommunity.
As we have reached Q1 of 2024, we've been presented different groups' proposals and/or plans for the next weeks and months in #TerraClassic.
I have been asked about the Moon Rabbit Vision document and read it carefully to get an impression of what's contained (and what is not). I'll give my personal opinion here about the paper, but also the published team information. Verify it yourself, don't only trust my words, #dyor.
First of all, while the group has criticized the #L1TF or others for presumably trying to centralize things, this roadmap is even worse in that regard. It aims to take control of all aspects of the chain. Funding, L1 development, (official) website and L2, marketing and others.
Even a LA DAO is on the table to act as central point of contact for contractors. This is not the preached decentralization, it's centralization in a different guise.
Second, while demanding transparency and accountability from others, the whole team refuses to do the exact same thing. Most core members I am aware of refused to speak in AMAs/Spaces. This does not (I repeat, NOT) refer to doxxing at all. It is not necessary to doxx to any community members nor to provide any personal information to L1 or other community members.
Third, a private and undisclosed funding source for the free work provided is mentioned. This, imho, creates a risk of conflict of interest between that private source (be it an individual or a company) and the community/chain. Given the lack of accountability and the anonymity of the entire team, one could suspect whether the team is then working for the $LUNC chain or for the investor.
Fourth, the team preaches unity, cooperation and inclusion. They also complain about not respecting governance. At the same time, they insist on using their old Commonwealth for discussion instead of the governance-approved Community Forum. Even with copying proposals from the Community Forum with changed headline (yes, the misleading headline is still there for the L1 proposal at the time of this writing). While one could argue that their vision paper is not a proposal discussion, it directly affects the chain and governance.
Fifth, the proposed work areas affect critical core components of the system. No member of the team is willing to show a track record of development (e.g. github history). So how does that give any confidence to let them work on core parts of the system to build that initial track record?
Sixth, members of the team, even if some are only vocal supporters or non-core members, still show unprofessional ways of communicating and behaving on social media.
Seventh, the group is asking for the responsibility of code review/auditing to be fully shifted to individuals or entities from the validator set and the community, further reducing their already non-existent accountability.
There is a further point to consider. Their roadmap/plan is formed around the initial free (privately funded) development of upgrading the chain to SDK 0.47. While a SDK update is something we need for #LUNC during the next time, SDK 0.46 (while end-of-life) still receives security patches (see github.com/cosmos/cosmos-…), while cosmwasm 1.1 which we are using is highly outdated (1.2 just reached end of life with no further security updates, see github.com/CosmWasm/advis…). Regarding security this seems like a more pressing thing and isn't even mentioned in the roadmap. This applies for other things, too.
Side-note: Some good amounts of text-parts of the paper seem 100% AI-generated. While it's legit to use support from GPT and others, it's a bit odd to have that many fully generated pages in a paper like this. You should make your own mind about if it's truly AI, but the wording (e.g. pages 31, 32 and many following, some parts of introduction and intermediate texts) is very GPT.
That's it with my personal opinion on this one.
