@gothjaneausten I suppose you could say it's vibes but basically saying, ok this is what's written, but our Lord took authority to censure scripture (see his first reading in the synagogue) so therefore he is teaching us to not be clobbered by law

@gothjaneausten I really have not been able to get on board with the idea that all of the Bible is written as instruction or that levitical law is binding for Christians. For a robust alternative to that, narrative theology is what I was raised on; Hauerwas is one of the biggest names there
