@TheWolffness Did you install the macOS Surfed app? Before using the Chrome extension, please open the app settings, go to > Browser Extension, and install the Extension Helper. This is needed for the extension to communicate with the app.

@Valiran9 Hi! The app cannot delete the Safari history. Did you mean the history stored in Surfed?

@surfedapp @matthewskiles The app seems to have permanently deleted all my Safari browser history older than late September. Is there any way to fix this or am I out of luck?

@surfedapp @matthewskiles The new icon is great, and the service is intriguing, but seeing bugs: 1st, is it supposed to import browsing history on first launch? It hung at a screen for over 24 hours before I quit the app. 2nd, once I collapse the left column view on my iPad, I can’t get it back

@bakava I will investigate what might be causing the problem. The popover is merely an interface for accessing the history quickly. Has the history been recorded in Surfed, and have you granted all necessary permissions for the extension?

@surfedapp @matthewskiles this behaviour persists — both on ipad and mac. Perhaps that's intended? I can get the extension's interface running the Surfed.app directly, but not from the browser (clicking the surfboard either in the url for mobile safari or near the url for the mac one)

@bakava @matthewskiles I apologize for that issue. Could you please try to force quit Safari and then try again to see if the issue persists?
