Trump and his aides assessed that a mission to reopen Hormuz would push the conflict beyond his timeline 4-6 weeks 2. @anaidasultana RBI dictating where it should be is a bad idea. Let Rupee naturally find it's actual value. A currency which is over-regulated & strictly controlled is distasteful. Why would anyone trust a currency where it's central bank constantly inteferes in market.

@joelspov @exec_sum They got in very early before value exploded. Like purchasing Google in 1999 or Facebook in 2003. As for Ecolab, this is like FB purchasing Instagram. So they are paying a bit premium money. Integrates well into their existing business & thwarts competition.

finland has 3.3 million saunas for 5.5 million people. that's more saunas than cars. finns negotiate business deals in saunas. they've hosted foreign diplomats in saunas. during the cold war, finnish presidents held back-channel conversations with soviet officials in saunas. the logic is simple. hard to maintain pretense when everyone's sitting there with nothing on. strip away the suits and the titles and people talk differently. maybe there's something to that.
