@YankeeGunner I think it was totally fine, just a tight and edgy first half with top 4 teams. Do a rewatch of the first half! Statistically better in every department than Villa in a tight game, then turned screw and demolished them second.

@YankeeGunner I think we’re all a little scarred by recent games being difficult. Big Gabi back is huge! Couple of games of us looking good again and the terror will subside.

I know no one wants to hear this right now, but we have a very deep squad of very talented players & should still be able to beat Villa at home with a few absences. Even important absences. Villa aren’t full strength either & had a very intense game on Saturday as well.

@YankeeGunner Last season felt like an anomaly at the time, we’d all predicted they’d go through a series of rebuilds. Injury luck mainly contributed to an unlikely run that saw them win the league but now it’s caught up.

I don’t think I’ve clocked how crazy it is that we aren’t even paying attention to Liverpool results anymore.

@NathanPanter_52 @EduardoHagn Rice started his career at centre back and has played loads of games there, including 20 premier league games for westham. So not quite the same as haaland who has never played a game at LB…
