#RDC #Rwanda: La vice-ministre de l'Intérieur de la RDC, Eugénie Tshiela Kamba, s'est récemment rendue à Séoul pour visiter la frontière entre la Corée du Sud et la Corée du Nord. Cette visite avait pour but de mieux comprendre les mécanismes de sécurité frontalière mis en place dans cette région sensible. L’initiative dit Kinshasa, s'inscrit dans le contexte de l'insécurité aux frontières de la RDC, exacerbée par le conflit avec le Rwanda.
