at some point we totally lost the point of storytelling and now everyone is just trying to be shocking or gritty and realistic and it probably has to do with people not understanding GOT and how and why it worked

@AnimatorDanny @Miilfywayz If you can't even draw this, there are a lot of apps that provide a simple model intended for posing as a reference (easy pose & magic poser are 2 of them)

@Miilfywayz AI could give you a decent reference if you can get the prompt to give you what you want. But honestly, it's so much easier just to visualise it in your mind and sketch out a stick figure; it doesn't have to be perfect. A good artist will understand what you're after.

Do you think it's wrong to use ai to show an artist a reference for something that you want to commission them and pay them for? I generally am curious of this.
example- I want this type of pose but I can only find anime ai art for ref.. Is it wrong to use that as ref ??

I think the funniest thing about this story is that if she just hadn't responded to the AI allegations her publisher probably wouldn't have been confident enough to do anything. But she had to go with "maybe it is AI, but it was put there by my evil editor (identity unknown)"

the shy girl controversy is so fascinating because even outside of the AI conversation it’s hard to build goodwill toward the sincerity of your character when you stole someone’s art for your book cover
