As a sweat with 300 hours in the game I completely agree this is completely bs especially for players getting into the game
Its hard for me to recommend this game to friends most of which who dont want to memorize 6 frame dodging windows

some of the worst examples of poor telegraphing are the lasers from both temple guardian and fear. unless you're blindly pressing ~1sec in, you *cannot* expect this nuclear bomb of an attack the first go around. a clip from a game i used to play, FURI, for comparison's sake

This is not a defense of AI use its more of a criticism towards the education system

Someone once said something along the lines of this was a direct result of the education system valuing numerical grades rather than ones learning capacity and as such students would naturally gravitate towards the method that would benefit the former for the least effort.
