In my #NHS career I was proud to be involved with the rollout of trauma networks which have demonstrably improved road traffic collision (RTC) survival rates and tackled injury severity. One of the areas in need of further research then, and now, is the period in the immediacy of after the crash and data. This is where IMPACT comes in.
