The longer I work in psychiatry, the more & more I'm reminded that poverty is one of the most harmful factors (if not the most harmful factor) affecting peoples' mental health.

Why did I not know until now that caffeinated electrolyte beverages make you feel wayyyyyy better if you have ADHD, between the caffeine soothing the ADHD symptoms and the electrolytes addressing the dehydration caused by forgetting to drink and eat (just water isn’t good enough)
