Real estate investors today are used to locking in their funds for 4-7 years. We digitize that investment so the investor can sell a portion of it to another investor without an intermediary. And, yes we saw regulations coming so we designed it with KYC and investor safety first.

As a regulated platform, we build compliance into the issuance process for asset-backed tokens (ie. digital securities) and distribute the tokens directly to investors' self-custody digital wallets. We don't custody investors' assets, and so there is no custody risk.

FTX was centralized. Alameda Research was the sister company market maker that created the perception of value in empty boxes. Your "virtual assets" were managed but fully at risk in a centralized exchange.
Centralized virtual assets are not "real" crypto.
