@blue4light If you’re staying at a hotel with a gym you could just get up early and work out? But try to enjoy yourself! You’ll def regret not enjoying the food if you just skip it
@woshyen Yeah you could hypothetically but you’ll still get some negative side effects because you’ll be still eating way under what you need because working out means your organs will require more calories to function normally
okay so if the negative effects of starving yourself come from malnutrition
couldn't I just eat a normal high res amount like 1.5k but then exercise it all off
that way I still get the nutrients but I'm still in a deficit
am I dumb this seems like a hack
I become a fat chud whenever I relapse on BED because I don't puke, but at least I don't have nightmares of my teeth falling out and my hair gets stronger & shinier 😭
