📣MyForexFunds Update📣 Dear Traders, We are pleased to provide the following update on the ongoing reward process at MyForexFunds. Ninety percent (90%) of the Traders, part of the First Rollout of Rewards, who responded to our emails have now been paid and fully settled. The remaining Ten percent (10%) are actively working with our team to complete their KYC verification and will be settled as quickly as possible. We have also received a high volume of inquiries from individuals who were not part of the First Rollout process. Additionally, many reward-related mailboxes were found to be full. If this applies to you, please clear your inbox to ensure you can receive further communications from us. Our goal is to finalise the First Rollout promptly and proceed to the Second. To support this, we have created a dedicated form for traders who believe they may have been missed during First Rollout, experienced a full inbox, or encountered any other issue preventing them from receiving their reward. Important guidelines for the form are: ●Please provide only the name and email address associated with your MyForexFunds account. Any other information will render the request invalid. ●You may attach a copy of your original reward email to help expedite verification. ●Submitting false or unsubstantiated claims will delay the process for all legitimate traders. We kindly ask that you submit a request only if you are genuinely entitled to a reward applicable to the First Rollout. Once your form is submitted, our team will conduct an internal review. We will then contact you exclusively via the email address linked to your reward request. This communication will include a request for payment details and a secure KYC verification link. Rewards will be processed promptly upon successful completion of KYC. We have reviewed comments across social media platforms and fully understand the frustration caused by these delays. Our focus has remained on completing the necessary verifications rather than engaging in public discussions. We have also verified that many comments originated from accounts not associated with MyForexFunds customers. We are now very close to completing First Rollout, which is the simpler of the two. The Second Rollout will require additional diligence and patience as we carefully review and resolve each case. We appreciate the understanding shown by our community and are committed to working through these matters as efficiently as possible. Our commitment to our traders has always been, and will continue to be, to do what is right and deliver the best possible outcome. We recognise that some delays were caused by unforeseen issues — such as incomplete or incorrect KYC submissions and contacts from non-customers — and we have implemented this form as a final, structured step to bring First Rollout to a close and move forward.
