He left without feeding the dogs, left his keys, wallet, phone, and even his Apple Watch in the mailbox — behaviors described as completely out of character. **Obituary**: Jason Thomas, 45, of Wakefield, Massachusetts, dedicated his career at Novartis to advancing chemical biology and promising cancer research. Devoted husband to Kristen, loving family member, and proud father to five dogs. Last seen leaving home on December 12, 2025, while grieving the recent losses of both parents. His passion for science and hope for a cure leave a lasting legacy. May he rest in peace. Prayers for his wife, family, friends, and the scientific community.
