@Josh_Pio_11 Hi Josh, an e-ticket is just another copy of your confirmation which is sent around 14 days before departure. Your boarding passes will be available upon check in where you can either print them or keep them digitally 🙂 ^Niamh

@TUIUK Hi, me and my family are due to fly to Greece in June, I’ve not yet received my E-ticket to add to Apple wallet, have I missed something or do we usually get them closer to the date?

@danny4669 I'm sorry to hear this, Danny. If you're unable to check in online then this will now need to be completed at the airport. You can head to the check in desk as normal and the team will complete this for you. ^Niamh

@TUIUK we are due to go on our honeymoon to Mauritius via Dubai on 11th June from Glasgow. We really want to know if we are actually going or we need to book somewhere else. As we have not been able to buy any excursions or get excited about it! Please let us know!
