@TUIUK P1: Flight: Tom1105 OG departure 13th July 11.25am Rebooked to 14th July 4.10pm Many families (young kids, month old babies) essentially held hostage in airport with no air conditioning extreme heat & no communication of next steps.

My wife paid £200 for room upgrade on @TUIUK hol, only to receive the originally booked room. Despite supplying evidence and raising issue repeatedly, TUI have failed to address the key point of the complaint. I'd advise anyone offered an upgrade to think twice before accepting!

@TUIUK our flight was delayed by 15 hours, we were supposed to be picked up at 4am but our flight is now 11:30pm tonight. We’ve just been told there’s nothing you can do and to arrange our own taxi at our own cost. Also no rep to speak to as they’re late?!

@TUIUK So it looks like Marella Explorer departing 25/7 has had it's itinerary changed. Got by excursion cancelled on 27/7. But no email explaining. Other people got an email saying Olbia changed with Menorca ? Is the sea day staying for Sunday ?
