@TUIUK I have just found an email in junk changing my flights & they are now in 2 different terminals - this is not what I booked as I can’t park car in 2 different places. Yr team told me I can amend but have to pay . Why should I be out of pocket when I booked same terminal?

@TUIUK almost 2 months now waiting for a refund. Every time we call, we are told the payment is either pending or its under investigation. No one will sort this matter for us, we just keep getting fobbed off. Please can somebody sort this as its really not good enough!!

Just back from our Grecian Discovery & Aegean Gems @TUIUK cruise. Once again absolutely brilliant, such a great 2 weeks. Good food, drinks & entertainment. Staff work so hard to many to mention all but shout out to Adi Bar11 & the legend who pops up everywhere Pritam. 🛳️👌😎🌞

@TUIUK if my flight arrives back home over 48 hours late, is it 72 hours from then that you can claim? I had an email tonight saying that they are unable to process this as it may be not be on their system. Surely they must be aware of a 2 day delay to a service??

@TUIUK @British_Airways our flight from Mahon to Glasgow has been cancelled. No communication on the ground. We have been moved to baggage reclaim from the gate but nothing happening here! Lots of young children and older travellers including some needing assistance. No water 💦

Booked my holiday with @TUIUK last year, long haul, food and drinks included, now an email saying we are changing it to only soft drinks and water with 1 alcoholic drink with main meal but we will give you £12:50 each way off your holiday to compensate. Absolute joke
