@TUIUK incredible situation that I am booked to go to Dubai for 10 days end of April, a war zone at the minute but we have to wait until at best a week before we travel if it’s safe before you cancel this holiday?? Or want to charge customers to change a booking!

I have asked @TUIUK multiple times to get there rep to check see if there is building work at block 3 of @premiumseagate and they won't, as hotel lied and said there isnt work! Shocking treatmenr from @TUIUK. @ABTAtravel can you help?

I have replied to my email and asked for my complaint to be escalated. I have emailed the hotel, who lied about work happening there, so why are they letting random men walk round and in to room with tools and drilling all day. The hotel have said no one else was ill, yet we saw soneone complaining to your rep about being ill. Hotel lying, @TUIUK not intrested as you have already had the money!

Well never booking with @TUIUK again, stayed at @premiumseagate in #egypt got food poisioning, out room had work being done in block next to us, and #hotel said no work was being done! No appology no nothing! Bewarned!
